Long McArthur Lincoln Service

I had an issue recently with a service experience. Received a call the following day. Apologized for the mix up and are taking care of the issue. I appreciated the call. Those aren’t easy to make, and lots of people wouldn’t. Makes it clear they do care about the experience.

I bought a new GMC AT4 2500 from Adam Rumsey. He was very pleasant to deal with. I had to fly in from Denver and he picked me up at the airport and stayed late after closing because my flight landed at 4:50 (they close at 5) Alisha was the first person I talked to at the dealership and she verified some details of the truck so I knew exactly what I was getting Highly recommend doing business with them!!

Had radiator issues on the road (in the middle of moving across the country). They welcomed us (fifth wheel, animals, kids, and all) and took amazing care of us. We would've been stranded otherwise, but they helped take care of us and fixed us the same day. They really care about people and made us feel like family and we couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you guys again for all of your amazing help and friendly attitudes. You helped make a very stressful situation not feel so bad.
