Just went for the second time this month. The first time it didn’t have any shampoo and the tip for the vacuum was missing. Today it was completely out of all shampoo and conditioner and the vacuum was not attached so basically I paid $8 for my dog to get a “blow out” and smell like a wet dog….save your $8 and pay the little extra to go to soggy dog downtown who doesn’t have a time limit and always has the products they say they will provide.
Man if I own this place !! I'd make sure that the drains weren't plugged up all the time!!! Every time we go there my dog stands in dirty water!!!! Awesome concept just needs way better upkeep
The tubs don't drain very well, so as you are trying to dry your dog, they are standing or sit down in dirty water and the dryer blows water everywhere, and the hoses aren't long enough to dry effectively with them on the floor. The oatmeal soap was empty the last time, meaning I wasted a whole minute trying to get one of the soaps to work, and it always takes quite a while for the water to warm up. Disappointing for the price.
