“I had a broken front tooth fixed here a few years ago. Yesterday, July 3rd, was my 50th birthday and I have a party scheduled for Saturday the 5th. My tooth broke again and I was beside myself. I called the office and found out they were closed for the holiday. There was an option to press 3 for emergency dentist on call. I spoke with Dr. Kate Gross and she had me send her a picture of the issue. She was so kind and empathetic to the timing of the situation! She actually met me yesterday afternoon at the closed office and FIXED my broken front tooth all by herself. She was apologetic about not having an assistant but that was only because she didn't want someone else to have to come in on a holiday. (I wish all bosses were like that) She had me all fixed up and on my way in less than 20 minutes. She took time away from her family and fun to help me. She gave me back my confidence and smile. I will be picture ready for Saturday! We have always loved New Horizons and this solidified they have us as clients for life!“
