My roof was just replaced by American Commercial Roofing today and it looks great! The experience I had with Tim was excellent from start to finish. He walked me through the process every step of the way and he even helped dealing with my insurance company when they were being difficult. The installation was fast, professional, and the workers were friendly. I would give them 15 stars if I could!
I wholeheartedly recommend American Commercial Roofing. I live in another state and was trying to help my elderly mother manage her home. I found a 30 year old receipt for roofing materials in her files and so I called 3 companies for bids to replace. Matt Watson / American Commercial Roofing was the only company to tell me that the roof did not need to be replaced. It so happens that the roof had already been replaced since 1985 but mom had kept the old receipt. I can’t thank them enough for their honesty!!
ACR (Zach) went above and beyond anyone else to help us with our roof. Very courteous and respectful . While we waited close to 18 months on insurance, Zach made sure the roof was tarped. Not once, but 3 separate times. He performed multiple inspections, hired an engineer to give an estimate, sent shingles to be evaluated, all while being the advocate for us that our local insurance person was not. If it had not been for ACR, (Zach) the damage to our home while we waited would have been catastrophic. I would recommend them to anyone.
