Everyone there is so wonderful and treat every person that comes in like family. They are willing to go above and beyond for every single person. They also are really good about reminding people of their appointments, which as a Mom of five is so appreciated!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have a hard time hearing what they say with their mask on. I have asked them to repeat what the question was or ask if they can remove their mask. Mel is a great person in helping pick out frames for glasses or sunglasses. Will keep going there as long they are here in Russell.
Dealing with an eye issue and being an OTR truck driver, it was hard to find anywhere to go. I was fortunate to find this place. Very friendly staff and was able to get me in immediately. Great experience. Thank you.
