“I was first seen by a Lawn Sprinkler tech and the plumbing issue was beyond his ability as it was more of a plumbing problem and recommended their best plumber, Frank, and I went with that.
When Frank came out he looked over the job well, made his recommendations, listened well to my thoughts and feelings about the situation (having some small plumbing experience myself) and we settled on a very good solution. He also took into account that the pipe problem was an issue from a previous Reddi repair and adjusted the price accordingly, though since I was asking him to go beyond the simple fix I did incur charges I was glad to pay as Frank did an EXCELLENT job for me!

UPDATE: 8/19/2020... Wanted to thank SETH for doing a great and efficient job replacing a shower faucet. I was replacing a very old shower stall and the existing faucet was very corroded and no shutoffs, so I had him add shutoffs (Which are easily accessible from the other side of the wall in an unfinished storage room. He did quick and very good quality work.
I have not had truly bad service from Reddi, and the only issue I had was dealt with professionally and with proper consideration.

Several more calls on these guys has not changed my review, only strengthen my good opinion. I WILL call on Reddi again without hesitation when I can't do it myself.
Sometimes even when I can but just don't want to! ?

I recommend these guys very highly. They might not be the cheapest, but they are a great value for the quality of work done. I think enough of them I actually recommended these guys to my son who was looking for work in their area and was hired by them. I know he's in a good company. :-)“

“Came out due to home warranty, whole house humidifier. They were wonderful. Worked hard the whole time, kindly explained what was happening when I asked, I'm curious. They both were polite, friendly and professional. If you have a home warranty, request these guys, they are really great.
