“I received a last minute massage from Felicity and it was perfect! She was very professional, greeted me by my name as soon as I stepped through the door. The environment was wonderful. Very comfy and cozy. Felicity was very cognizant of my needs, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I had fallen days before and she was very gentle on the bruised areas. Felicity never made me feel like I was taking up her time by keeping her late after other workers had left. Overall, as much as the place seems a bit sketch on the outside, it is a gem on the inside and because of the workers. Thanks so much, Felicity. “I’ve had many facials in my life from a variety of people and variety of spas. The facial I had at Hollyday was the best facial I’ve ever had. I did the oxygen facial and added dermaplan. The dermaplan was noticeably better than I’ve ever experienced. The aesthetician that was preforming the service was great and she used an oil to do the dermaplan so it felt soft. She mentioned a lot of the products she was using was natural which I was happy about. The facial I had was probably the first time in ten years of getting facials where I felt like I looked noticeably different after. I just felt like my skin looked so fresh and clear.“
