I needed a cleaning for a property we sold with short notice. Cassandra and Shawnee and their team scheduled me quickly and communicated clearly. There was a little hiccup between myself and the buyer of the property, causing miscommunication that resulted in me having to pay more however, Cottage Care was kind enough to help me out and not charge the full amount for the over charges just out of pure KINDNESS. They were great!
Kayla came and cleaned my home last week, did a great job. My bathrooms look AMAZING, and she made my living room livable again. The manager that came to inspect after my clean, was nice and made me feel great about my choice. Will def be using them again; highly recommend.
We have been having Cottage Care Cleaning come to our home about once a month since December. This month, a young woman named Jodie did the cleaning and did a really good job, espcially in the kitchen. We would really like to have Jodie do the job every month. She is very friendly and an excellent worker.
