Interesting experience: a fitting on my kitchen faucet under my sink broke and they suggested I call Kohler because they have lifetime warranty on their parts. So instead of charging me for parts, they directed me toward free replacement parts. I appreciated the honesty. Once the parts were in, the work was fast and done well. Would recommend!
