Mike was our home builder for our first house. Mike's pricing was itemized and very detailed, which not only impressed us, but impressed our realtor as well! There we no price surprises during the process. When we went through our selections, all the businesses that worked with Mike would always mention that Mike uses high quality materials, which I definitely agree with. As expected, there were some hiccups along the way, but Mike made sure to work with us on the corrections, took full responsibility, and didn't blame anyone else for the errors. Came out on Friday 10/9 to give us an estimate on converting half of our garage into living space for my terminally ill mother. Said he'd have the estimate to us mid-week this week. My husband texted him on Wednesday 10/14 to check the status of our estimate, with no response. He then called him later that afternoon & the guy said he'd get us the estimate that evening. Here we are two days later & still have yet to receive anything. Awful way to run a business. Apparently our project wasn't worth his time. Don't recommend this company.

Mike Love Construction is by far the best company you can come across if you’re looking for A+ construction or remodeling to be done. We wanted to get an addition put on our home and every stage was perfect! We have an older house and by the end of construction, our house is the most talked about in town. Every person involved, from the our contractor in charge (Rick Love) to the builders and painters, were highly respectful and gave 100% in their work. Everything from the first quote to the final inspection was awesome. If you had a question, it was answered right away and if a problem reared its ugly head, it was fixed in a snap!
