“Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given'sServices: Flooring“

“We had the unfortunate need to utilize SERVPRO of NE Wichita twice last month after two major water issues in our home. They were easy to schedule with and arrived on time. The crews were as friendly and helpful as ever - even staying late on a Friday evening to finish the job. The crews were professional and did a great job removing affected materials, treating our floors and walls to prevent mold growth, and cleaning up after. I highly recommend this company if you find yourself in need of water mitigation services. We are currently in the process of restoration after our damage and our contractor mentioned that he has followed several of SERVPRO's jobs and they have all been done really well. Their office manager Kelly is really wonderful at communicating. SERVPRO provided an incredibly detailed report with pictures and floor plans that I was able to submit to my insurance company as part of the claims process. “My mother and I came from out of town to find ourselves in a overwhelming situation with a sick family members house. When I pulled up restoration service in that area I decided to call PuroClean and that was the best decision! Tim and Lauren were able to meet with us right away, access the situation, let us know what would be done. They worked with us long distance, keeping us informed of the progress every step of the way and did a wonderful job. We weren't able to get back there for 6 months, Lauren and Tim held onto the keys for us, and Lauren even offered to go over and turn on the heat for us when she saw the weather was gonna get cold. When we returned to pack things and try to sell the house, Lauren had connections for someone to remove what we did not want and to a wonderful realtor who sold the place in a few days, she was just a angel sent to us. Tim and Lauren went above and beyond in there job and to help us with our difficult situation and we can not thank them enough!“
