Be careful if they get your credit card. I bought a Groupon the first time and got some great massages through Ashli. The problem is not with the masseuse but with the person who runs the business. Twice money came out of my credit card without my approval. The first time he (someone who goes by Star) couldn't figure out how to refund my money so he offered me three more massages. With no other option, I took that offer. But then it happened again only it was a lot more money coming off my credit card! And I did not order any services so I have no idea why it happened again. It took forever to get a response back from their billing office but they finally responded that they had a computer glitch and they're trying to refund the customers that were affected. Lots of excuses as to why it happened ie- out of town for a funeral, billing glitch, etc. I have not seen any refund and there has been no communication from them. I am now going on 6 months and still no refund. I have been ignored and ghosted. My only option is to go through my credit card company to reverse the charges. I am not sure if this is just a fraudulent company or just an innocent mistake that they refuse to fix. Looks like another reviewer had the same issue that I have had.

Ashli is amazing! She gave me the most "productive" massage I've ever had because she listened to my needs and focused on my problem areas. Throughout the massage, she worked with me to identify the areas needing attention and made sure I felt relief before moving on to the next. Plus she was so sweet and I could tell she actually cared about relieving my pain and tension.
