I had a really bad haircut at another hair salon. It was over razor cut which made it very thinned. I booked a haircut at this Ulta salon to try to get it fixed. I thought I had booked with another stylist but I guess I made an error online and accidentally chose Ingrid and didn’t know it and so when I got there is when I found out I had booked with the wrong person . I felt bad because I had mentioned that I thought I had booked with someone else, and I didn’t mean to make her feel bad! I went ahead and had her cut my hair anyway. She took my bad haircut and turned it into an amazing haircut. I’ve never had anyone fix my haircut before without making it worse!...read full review
