I rarely use a dry cleaning service these days but when I do I know I can always count on Tide Cleaners. I love that they have drop off service and are promptly there to greet me and take my items and tell me when they will be ready for pickup (usually next day). I think dry cleaning is somewhat expensive so I cannot comment about the value, but it is valuable to me that my items will be cleaned properly and quickly.

I’ve started coming here to have my duvet cleaned and the first time I brought it, I had no issues. The second time I brought it, there was a mishap. Somehow, they split up my duvet and the duvet cover. The cover ended up at another location and was on the delivery truck so I was asked to come back in a few minutes and it’ll be waiting for me. The associate was also nice enough to give me a discount for the mishap.

Wow! The store personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. The factory chemicals from a newly purchased concert dress were completely removed, much to my delight and satisfaction! Definitely going back.
