I have nothing but great things to say about working with these guys last summer. I'm just an avid DIY'er homeowner, not a contractor, and when I stopped in they extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Wound up buying the Timbertech product and couldn't be happier one year later.
I had a issue with some deck solar lights and couldn't find an answer to solve my problem anywhere. I found Kansas City Deck Supply and with one simple phone call to John, he gave me a quick solution over the phone free of charge. I appreciate the willingness to help a guy out of a jam who was not buying anything from him. He'll be the first person I call when I'm ready to redo my deck though!
