I’ve been training 2-3x a week with Beth for about 2 months and I’m already noticing such a difference in my muscle definition and tone. Sessions are focused on strength training (because as she says, “you don’t need to pay me to tell you to run”) and are highly personalized to my goals and capabilities. I like more of a combination of strength and cardio so she’s adapted my workouts based on that preference. I also have some health issues and she’s always there to modify or make me more comfortable but still push me to challenge myself. Brian and Beth at Sunflower Studio are absolutely amazing at what they do! I have been personally training under Beth for over a month now and really, really loving my results. She is such an understanding trainer and meets you where you are but also pushes you in all the right areas to optimize health and performance. I am an avid runner, have always been for over a decade. I've been taking the Viking Vinyasa class for a couple of months now and have thoroughly enjoyed every class. Prior to this, I would not have considered myself to be interested in yoga. I attended the free class just to say "I tried it.' Turns out I look forward to it each week and have begun to see improvements in my balance, strength and flexibility. I appreciate Brian's calmness and the respect he gives to each person's individual abilities. He encourages you to do what's best for your body. I feel comfortable in the class, even with my lack of previous yoga experience. Highly recommend!
