Thanks to Corky Williams and his crew for doing an excellent ac install in my home. It was a long day,preceded by two very warm days made more comfortable by Corky's loan of a window ac unit which was very efficient and got me through until the install day.Matthew and assistant stayed on after completion to ensure that everything was functioning well,and cleared out everything before leaving.I'm very satisfied with this company!
We had Summit out twice for repairs. The second time they found a cracked heat exchanger. We opted to replace our unit, including the a/c since it was all the same age. They were out fast, they were done faster than Mike said they would be and didn't have to return for a second day to finish up. They worked clean, and they were polite and 'tried' to be professional, I pick and joke way to much for anyone to keep a straight face for long. :) We weren't happy that we had to get a new unit, but the Summit guys made it very bearable. And we didn't find any blue booties in the bushes, because that is important. (Leavenworth, Ks)
shootout to Ryan and team, as well to Corky, excellent salesman. they did an extremely fast turnaround from sarurday when the whole enchilada broke, to replacing with a brand new system by tuesday. They kept me informed at all times of the going on as i was dealing with other things at the same time. and gave me great advice and help. highly recommend!
