My husband and I went to the salt spa and it was cool! We started with the salt room. I loved the vibe and the room was very relaxing. I enjoyed the “stars” on the wall and I actually felt relaxed! We then did the salt tank. I am handicapped so I cannot lift my legs. If you did not have a strong husband or caregiver I don’t personally think you’d be able to get into the tank. The tank was pretty cool and we really did float! We didn’t stay in the whole time but that was probably good because getting out for me was pretty difficult. This was such a unique and amazing experience! I stumbled across a couples deal around Christmas and purchased for my husband and I.
We did a 30 minute halo dry salt therapy session where we sat in comfortable lounge chairs while a fine mist of salt was pumped into the room. I actually fell asleep!
Following that, we were lead to the room for our float. We did an hour long float and let me tell you, it was a bit of a trip. We had a great instruction prior to getting into the tank. Mixed feelings on this one. The extra salt in my hair was difficult to get out. The younger worker wasn't as friendly, it could have been because we couldn't tell if our time was up.I'm still wondering how the water gets cleaned.I will try again. Overall it was relaxing. I wish I had known about the jets
