I would highly recommend Residential Solutions KC to anyone! We had them seal our driveway and patio and they did an excellent job! Matt came out the day before and cleaned both surfaces with both a buffing machine and high pressure power washer ensuring the surface was clean before Kobe had his team come back the next day and apply the sealant.
They did a very nice job and were very reasonable on their pricing. We will definitely use Residential Solutions again when the time comes.

Coby provided a quote to power wash and stain an older deck. He was patient when we had medical issues which delayed the project. His quote was fair and detailed exactly the work proposed. A schedule was provided which was adhered to with no delays. All employees arrived as promised and completed the work in the time frame provided.

Craig and team did a great job painting my house exterior and staining the deck! They were able to get started within just a few weeks and quickly got the job done once started, minimizing any hassles for my family. Craig was also consistently excellent with communicating information and being on time at the job site which I really appreciated. The house is looking great!
