Residential Solutions is a locally owned and operated business that has been serving Johnson County, including communities such as Gardner, Olathe, Lenexa, Leawood, Shawnee, and Overland Park, since 2006. They specialize in both interior and exterior painting projects, as well as other services including deck and fence power washing, staining, and resurfacing; hardwood floor installation and refinishing; cabinet refinishing; and wood rot repair. One customer hired Residential Solutions to replace the carpet in their family room and laminate flooring in the kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. They did such a great job that the customer hired them again to coordinate replacing the dining room, living room carpet, and entryway tile with wood floors, and to repair wood rot, caulk, and paint the exterior of the home. Another customer hired Residential Solutions to perform a maintenance stain on their deck using a preferred TWP stain. The team was able to power wash the deck, purchase the stain, and complete the job within two weeks. They also added a sidewalk concrete power washing at no additional charge.
