I've never been so angry with myself for not reading Google reviews on a business before making a purchase in my life.
Do not waste your time with this business!

I ordered flowers for the anniversary of my friend finishing chemotherapy for breast cancer - which I put into the card I wanted included in my order. I placed my order on July 18 to be delivered on July 24. I received a call on the July 24, the day of delivery at 11am EST, and they said they had no pink peonies at all, and would other pink flowers be okay to substitute. Ordered flowers for my daughter birthday. I paid the uncharged (reg delux or premier) .
My daughter received them timely. However, after she sent me the photo. What she received and what I paid for...MILES APART. I called the store and spoke to "Dawn," who informed me she was not working that day, so email her boss or manager
. I emailed photos of my order and a photo of what was received. Someone named "Tim" with email "Ranchviewsales" wrote me back, saying he would "look into it" and never got a response again..
I get it people make mistakes. I wouldn't be so upset had they just been honest and admitted their error

Ordered flowers for my wife. They delivered while she was home but did not ring the door bell and they sat on the front porch. Flowers were all wilted. No one ever answers the phone there.
