We had to put our 16-year old Yorkie Poo to sleep as she was experiencing seizures and falling. Petworks was absolutely wonderful as always. The staff and Dr. Ritchie were emphatic, professional, and explained everything that was happening. It was a sad day but one that was made much easier by the people at Petworks.
We took our long- haired orange tabby to have a "pamper" and grooming session. They did a really nice job with her even giving her a new hairstyle of our choice. It couldn't have been easy because of the mats that she had. We appreciate that they checked with us as they went along. Gizzy was very happy with the grooming as she could move more easily without the mats. We appreciate that they asked questions and listened to what we wanted. We trust them?
