We hired this company to remodel a very depressing 70’s dungeon basement in a house we had just purchased. We interviewed several contractors but JT the owner, and Raj their architect were the most knowledgeable by far and gave us very sound advice on the direction we should take going forward. Resell value for the future was important to us so they designed our basement to fit that concern. Super easy to communicate with, straight forward and showed up on time! Total cost was $32,000 (the budget allotted from the beginning) on a full basement remodel and it exceeded our expectations. Great communication and responsive. Always cleaned work area before leaving. Owner made sure work was to my complete satisfaction and handled any issues decisively and quickly. Each sub-contractor was professional and communicative. Finished product met my high standards and I've been in the space now every night.Would recommend!Services: General construction
