Busy facility, so there's obviously happy customers. My friend and I went together and ordered the same service (dip manicure). I received a hand massage. She did not. And while this dip was the thinnest I've gotten it also cracked on two nails within 24 hours. So what I thought was good perhaps wasn't. Also little to no conversation at all (which may be great for introverts!)

My favorite nail studio in KC! I typically see Hana and she’s absolutely wonderful and very very good at what she does. But all the other staff are just as incredible, I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience!

We had an appointment at another nail salon at noon but when we got there she told us only two people are working and it would be 1:30 before she could get us in! So I called here as asked if they could get us in in 10 minutes and she assured me yes. We were helped immediately when we got there!Service: Pedicure
