Would give this company and their employee, James Groom 10 stars if I could. We recently had electrical damage from a bad storm… the company was very prompt ant sending James to provide a quote, which was reasonably priced. He was even available to start working for us the very next day. We were without power, so I was super grateful not to have to wait long. Jame’s completed the work we needed, ensuring we’d pass the city inspection and even checked on us after he was done over the next few days to ensure our power was restored. I would call Mr Electric again in a heart beat and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

The problem was fixed so that was good. I understand the need to use personnel efficiently to a point, but weigh that against causing customers to scramble around with rescheduling proposals.
