shout out to Robert. It's really nice to have a hardworking "personal IT" guy in your corner. Sure I could spend hours figuring out what happened to my hard drive, but he can fix it faster and better and save me the hassle. Robert is super helpful, responsive, and honest. I can't recommend him more! He helped me with 3 separate computer issues so far! i'll be coming back to him

Robert worked on a 17" laptop for me that I thought was beyond repair. The case and hinge had been damaged. He gave me a reasonable quote for the work to be performed and the parts required. Laptop was returned within three days to me. Robert was very responsive to questions and work performed solved the problem. I would definitely use this business again.
