Honestly as home owner for 4 years now, Modern concrete has been one of the better contractors my wife and I have delt with over the years. They were very honest, knowledgeable in their trade, and efficient once they began the job.

We hired Modern concrete to replace our driveway and entryway due to our old concrete cracking in several places and soil erosion underneath the slab. This was decided over just using poly-jacking or mud-jacking which would be somewhat of a temporary fix.

We could not be more happy with the results. Juan, Caleb and their crew gave us a beautiful back patio. Fair pricing and friendly. Everything was explained to us up front and there was no surprises. We will definitely use them for any future concrete needs.

We've used them not once, not twice, but three times. Always competitive, always good work. Last time they were so busy they had a very long lead time before they could get started on our project, but that's what happens when the market is hot and you've got a good reputation. Caleb is the glue that keeps the company running and he was always very patient with us. ^_^ Just be clear with what you want from them, and you'll get it. :-)Services: Flooring
