I’ve been serviced with MSHA for a while. I’ve been grandfathered into my 3rd student. Each style professional has been better than the previous. We try ideas to streamline my process and the technician is game to try! The staff is friendly! They are respectful and talented! Oh! Bonus! They communicate well, will follow up if unforeseen situations come up and are flexible if you communicate! 5 stars, 100!
Marjaveya did an awesome job on my waxing service today. My legs are smooth and my underarms are smooth. She paid attention to detail and made sure she every hair. She was professional and very personable.
Today I received my first facial ever, and It was done by Jamesha B. I entered the store and it was clean, and extremely welcoming. Jamesha was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything she was using and went into detail on each product and what it was doing for my face. I was relaxed throughout entire facial. However, the extraction part was the toughest part to get through, yet she did inform me beforehand that it’d be a bit of pressure onto the face. Other than that, I left feeling glowy and extremely happy! The best bonus part was being massaged throughout the neck, arms, and hands. Thank you Jamesha for an amazing first facial! Highly recommend!
