I have only recently started participating at Lotus Yoga, but I find it a very valuable addition to my activities. I'm strengthening, loosening, and stretching areas that I otherwise would not. The staff and the instructors are excellent.

This is a great studio. From the reiki to the yoga, I’ve enjoyed working with the staff and the services. I especially enjoy they offer zoom yoga so I can workout from home when I can’t make it to a class.

I absolutely love my experience every time I walk into a class. The staff are incredibly skilled, and I can tell they care a lot about their customers' wellness goals. This studio offers so many amazing classes, meditations, and learning opportunities, and I can't wait to get more involved!
