Kathy is truly talented! I got digital perm (picture) and can’t be happier. Everyone, even those over zoom, notices my change and compliments!What I really appreciate is that Kathy is very attentive. She understands my needs and suggests, not insists (very important), some tweaks based on my hair condition. And she has all the up-to-date skills to bring the idea to life! So glad that she moved to Kansas City from west coast. Highly recommend!
