Had a sewer clog, called am and all fixed by 4pm same day. Fabulous communication, efficient, great work ethics. Will use them again.
After receiving an absurd $3000 quote from Roto-rooter (had originally contacted them just because of their after hours availability) to replace our sump pump, I knew I needed to get a different company out to replace or repair it. But with rain being forecasted this evening continuing for the next 3 days, it was a race against the clock. I was frantically calling every plumbing company that came up in the Google search. I called one local company who didn’t have availability, but suggested I call Joe Lillis Plumbing. I figure if another company referred them, they’re probably good. I called JLP at 1:45pm and had a new sump pump installed by 4:00pm for only $620. The guy who came out was friendly and professional. While you never want to need a plumbing company, if or when I do again, this will be the first company I call.
Joe did a phenomenal job replacing our aging water heater with a new one. The process was seamless from evaluation to completed installation. He gave us several options and gave us fair prices. Instead of fixing the issue, we decided to replace it. We will definitely hire Joe Lillis Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs.
