The Recovery modalities at In The Zone are awesome! I feel so much better when I am regularly using the infrared sauna, and Cryo The staff go out of their way to make every visit efficient and comfortable. Thanks to David and his team.

If you're having pains from injuries, accidents, or exercising, this is the perfect place to go. The owner David really is a servant to his customers and goes above and beyond in catering to their needs. If you try you will not regret it.

I love this place and all the services they offer. My absolute favorite is cryotherapy though. This service (cryotherapy) really gets rid of painful inflammation in my back and is really a good treatment for all over body pain. I've been doing it for years. Go and try it out!
