It's been a while since I used their services, but I remember their prices being reasonable. They were honest and forthright with what I should expect for results. They cleaned our carpets and we had some pet urine odor, they gave me an option to add some odor eliminator on a per room price adder basis. I only requested it in one room, but they went ahead and used it in all rooms for the same price.

Mike does a great job. I was sceptical about being able to get some pet stains and high traffic areas clean, but it looks good as new. I will be using Idoux again!Services: General carpet cleaning
