Member since 2020. Love the workouts, variety, flexibility, and 24/7 access. Infrared sauna heat has helped a lot in reducing inflammation and aches in the body. Love hotworx workouts!

Amazing. Blissful. Workouts I really look forward to. I love going by myself but I also love going with a buddy. It's like working out in your own personal sauna. You get used to the heat quickly. Combined with eating right I lost ten pounds the first month.

I like the workouts fine.But it's very much a corporate gym.Also, it's staffed minimally (usually not an issue) and the vending machine ( if you want to rent equipment for day) rarely works..lol.Overall it's a tad pricey for what you get, but I'll keep going back. I enjoy it.
