This is such a great spot! The prenatal yoga class is so welcoming and feels great and the access to services they have is phenomenal too. Really beneficial to have in the community - I drive from Lee’s Summit and it’s worth it!

Such an incredible place and experience! Ashley and our instructor made everything so nice and accommodating. I just wish I would’ve discovered earlier in my pregnancy, but man they have so many resources. It was my friend and I’s first class and it was the most warm, inviting experience ever. It was definitely more a community feel - like we introduced ourselves before class which actually made it more fun and more personal. I felt amazing afterwards. I’ll definitely be going back!

There are truly no words to describe the gratitude I have for this space and these women giving me best experience and community in both postpartum and pregnancy. All the weights are lifted off of my shoulders the minute I walk in the doors. Thank you for all you do for me and my babies!!
