“I contacted Dalton to rebuild some shelves in my closet. I had originally had the shelves built into a dead space in the closet that was against a north-facing exterior wall. The original shelves were built without adding insulation or a vapor barrier, and using MDF, so when moisture got to them, the MDF swelled and stained. Prior to contacting Dalton, I had insulation blown behind the shelves and some flashing repair done on the exterior to address the moisture issues.Dalton removed the old shelves and built new ones using sturdy plywood. He lined the cavity with a vapor barrier. He painted the shelves and the new trim that he added. The new shelves look great!Dalton kept the work areas clean - both the closet and the garage, where he did the cutting. He hung plastic sheeting between my closet and my wife's to keep dust out of her closet. We didn't have our trim paint, but he found a perfect match, and left it with us for future use, as we'll be painting more trim.Communication was great, and the time frame from initial contact through project completion was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Dalton for any handyman project.“

“KC Remodel & Handyman Allen is excellent. They went above and beyond to help me get the projects I needed done within the budget I had. They also went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with all the work they did. I don't think I was always an easy customer for them, but they never once waivered from giving me great service and quality work. They are very nice people. I highly recommend!“
