Really hit or miss on whether you'll get a good haircut or not, and their check-in system is super frustrating. It encourages people to check-in super early thru the app, and sometimes a sizable percent don't even show up, so it always looks like they're super busy when they might not be. Two identical situations with identical wait time estimations will result in WILDLY different actual wait times. The "convenience" of being able to check-in early is hugely overshadowed by the uncertainty, in my opinion. After using Great Clips for probably 8 years now, I'll be finding a more consistent alternative.Service: Haircut
I'm absolutely ecstatic about my new haircut, I came in with requesting a walk in, they were very busy and I waited about an hour and it was well worth it. Jim my hair stylist did perfect! The atmosphere was enjoyable and welcoming and my new hair cut gave me the confidence and beauty I wanted and I will be returning and recommend this salon to everyone
It's $20 haircut roulette. Some stylists are good, some aren't so good. I don't have anything special other than I want scissor cut. Most times the cut is good. For the price, it is my choice.
