I have the pleasure of working and training at GBOP, where it offers a safe structure, GB teaching methodology, family environment, adult students and children dedicated to their improvement and growth of the group.
Highly satisfied with Gracie Barra Overland Park and would recommend it to anyone! Especially those with kids. Our son has been going for a while now and he has been having fun and making new friends along the way. Been learning self-defense, listening and being a good partner. Professor and Coaches are wonderful and work well with the kids. I even enjoy going Saturday and doing the parent/kid session ?
