Dru is the best! His attention to detail surpasses all. We are buying a new construction and the items that he pointed out for us, not only are going to save us a ton of money in the long run because now the builder is going to fix but also gives us such peace of mind before we move in. We are out of town and had to do everything virtually. He took the time to check every single corner of the home inside and out, took detailed notes, and high quality pictures.
