Very friendly! Dr. Blood-White was very efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She addressed all my questions and concerns. The front desk staff are wonderful! They made me feel comfortable; right at home! Great help in choosing glasses. Definitely ago to place for eye care!

I recently started wearing glasses for the first time, and I wasn't exactly sure how everything worked. So, I decided to reach out to Focal Point EyeCare for some help. I have to say, I was super impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, and Charles even brought up some important things I hadn't even thought about, like the cost of frames on top of the exam fees. I was able to quickly schedule my appointment and get all the info I needed about my insurance coverage beforehand. Focal Point Eyecare is phenomenal! My partner and I have been looking for frames he would be satisfied with and we're able to have his needs met here. The Staff was accommodating and warm that I think I'll be coming here from now on! The manager Robert and the receptionist Charlie were immensely helpful when showing us their selection! They gave us sound advice when it came to both style and function! They even got me to try on pairs purely for style I've never seen so many lovely pairs of eyeware. The color and print selection were very unique as well. It was nice to see a shop stray away from the boring grays and blacks when it came to color! Thank you... read full review
