Joe Barker, owner of Floor Coverings International Kansas City South, was absolutely great to work with. He brought many samples to my house, and then even had more samples mailed to my house. With his help, it was very easy to pick just the right LVP flooring for my home. His crew got the old carpet out quickly and wasted no time installing the new floor beautifully. Floor Coverings International did a great job on the carpet in our basement. They sealed up all the cracks, hauled al the old carpet away and got it done super timely. Highly recommend!!
This company did an amazing job on our floors! They went above and beyond on customer service. They worked with me on trying to find exact color I wanted and even sent me videos as they were sanding to make sure I like the natural color I chose before they moved forward. Their communication was top notch and were very patient as I worked with my insurance company getting payment. I highly recommend them and give them 5+ stars!
