Craig came over to our home and immediately I was impressed with his professionalism and honesty which was refreshing after having been abandoned by the previous roofing company. I received timely updates and ALL questions were answered again refreshing to be treated this way. As a retired doctor I always believed in the old adage, "...People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care!" Had FCR work on my house after a tree fell on it. Their work was excellent, very receptive to my requirements. From emergency work to cover the hole from weather to the last details FCR was professional and easy to work with. They worked quickly, took care of all the issues working with the city and insurance. They made sure the house was in the same or better shape than it was before the tree.

The project manager Cory from original insurance estimate through the entire damage repair for 3 rooms ensured top quality work and all wall repairs, wallpaper, paint and flooring replacement!
