Jim has been such a blessing to work with. I have battled with shoulder and back pain for several years now. After one visit I was already feeling better! He sent me home with work outs and things to try from home. Incorporating these into my daily habits are helping me be more aware of behaviors that were causing me more harm than good! Highly recommend F.I.T muscle & joint clinic and Jim!
I had a nagging hamstring injury for nearly 5 years. My wife suggested F.I.T Muscle & Joint and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Dr. Sawdey and my hamstring feels amazing. I'm back to jogging without pain for the first time in years.
Jim has been my chiropractor for just about a year now but I’ve seen better results than from chiropractors I saw for years at a time. I’ve had a couple rough experiences in the past with chiropractors and Jim makes me feel safe and heard. I not only feel good physically but mentally when I leave my appointments. He makes sure I feel good head to toe before I leave.
