Had a great appointment with Dr. Diggs last Friday, Nov. 8! He gave me some great information about not only my vision (it had been 5 years since my last eye appt!), but also my dry eyes and a stye I have been dealing with.
His staff, Katt, Kay, and Ana were not only professional and welcoming, they also made you feel like family!
I came here to get a new prescription for contacts and glasses and was in and out, had new glasses and contacts within weeks! Doc was great and I will continue to see him for as long as I can just because he knew exactly what to do and look for in order to help determine the correct vision for me! As well as the friendly staff, I had help from Michaea and she helped me pick out and chose glasses and frames from all affordable options and even had my financial interests in mind when deciding to pick as well as what would save me the most money with insurance, I couldn’t have asked for a better time here and will definitely be coming back in the future!
Friendly and attentive staff, the technician who did my fitting was amazing and went out of her way to bring my so many options to try on without having to hunt down the style I was looking for. Dr.Diggs is an amazing optometrist, he is very knowledgeable and makes sure to take his time during the exam making sure to cover everything and any concerns I had. Overall had a wonderful experience!
