Exercise Sport Physical Therapy

I’ve had to go to physical therapy several times in my life. This was my most positive experience at ESPT. I had normal physical therapy, dry, needling, and massage therapy. I mostly saw one physical therapist, Dani, but everyone I ever spoke to, or who helped me was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional.

I’m not back to good as new, but I’m no longer suffering and if I have a bad day, I feel like I have all the tools in my toolbox to get back on the right track. Everyone you work with from Marcy at the front desk, to Dani and the other therapists, to the ladies working on computers in the back. You're handled with kindness, respect, and the utmost care. I couldn't recommend a place more than I recommend ESPT.

I would recommend Exercise Sport Physical Therapy to anyone as they did an amazing job! Jordan and Maggie were my therapist and they truly cared about my recovery. They took the time to listen and we're very diligent in making sure I was well equipped to recover properly. They gave me a lot of knowledge to help me continue to stay strong and healthy even after being released. I went to ESPT for pelvic floor issues and they truly addressed all the muscles that connected to the pelvic floor. Thanks to ESPT I feel overall stronger than I have in a very long time.
