This is an absolutely top notch facility. Everyone from the top down are professional, courteous, and friendly. The facility is clean and well managed. I have 100% confidence that my pup will be well cared for.
Dogtopia has good hours- love the 6:30 opening time! I love how I can check in on the webcams during the day and watch my pup. The staff is very friendly and I know my dog gets great care. Felicia groomed my dog after her last visit and she looks fantastic and smells wonderful.
***edit*** I did check out another facility in town due to its seemingly great prices. However, it smelled disgusting and the dogs were were not supervised consistently. It was loud and stressful to me and I was only there for about 10 mins. At Dogtopia, you can see (and smell) that cleanliness is a high priority. Dogtopia is worth it, in my opinion.
The staff is always friendly. I can tell they love the dogs. I like that there is always a human in the play areas to supervise the dogs and tiddy up any accidents. The facility is always clean and there is no trace of "doggy odor". I like the convenience of the Doptopia app for booking services, as well as the live cameras to check on my fur baby.
