I called CPPT for preventative physical therapy in hopes of avoiding pain or injury down the road. I did a 10-session program and noticed a HUGE difference from where I started. I’m in my late 30’s, consider myself healthy and active, and play sports including ice hockey. The sessions with CPPT improved my comfort and performance across the board! Another big takeaway was awareness around lifestyle habits that were causing physical strain and probably would have led to problems down the road. AMAZING team at CPPT. After a total knee replacement on 10/26/23, I began PT with these wonderful humans. From both the girls at the front desk to each of the therapists they are all exceptional. Mike, Kelly and Jake were the three therapists that managed me to full recovery in just 16 visits and I can’t thank them enough!!No question I highly recommend and more than that I will definitely use them again for any PT needs I might have.

Mike Sabolovic has been my therapist in 2021 for a rotator cuff surgery rehab and most recently in 2023 for rehab for cervical spinal stenosis. I had a tremendous, rapid recovery from the rotator surgery at age 69. It was like Mike knew exactly how much to push me without causing damage and kept me motivated. My shoulder is still doing great thanks to Mike's therapy.This Spring my spinal stenosis of my neck had worsened to the point I was probably going to need surgery in near future due to debilitating neck and shoulder spasms.
