I’ve been working with Jake Owens and Dr. McFarland at adapt since December 2021 and since then they have really helped to become a much better hitter. It’s far better than any lessons I’ve done in the past and I think it’s the best training option in the Kansas City area for athletes.
I have worked with Jake and the team at Adapt PTPD, for many years now and there is a reason I stay with him. He is simply the best I have ever worked with and truly cares about his athletes. He is always open for questions and he has never NOT had the answer to one of my questions. Couldn’t recommend him more, he is truly the best.
I had a pretty bad groin strain during summer conditioning came in and less than a month later I was hitting PRs at a combine. Really personalizes everything and helps to get you better than you were before the injury
