About Club Pilates

Adrienne A! I let her know before class that I was still a little sore from straining my lower back a couple days prior. She was very intentional and thoughtful with the stretches and movements. She also made sure to check on me and adjust me accordingly. I went in nervous about not being able to do the movements because of my back to now, after the class, my back feeling so much better!!! Love this place! Thoroughly enjoy the exercise
Been coming almost a year and a half and I've gotten stronger, watching myself advance to more challenging classes. instructors make anything able for you and adapt to whatever your body may or may not be able to handle. it's a great all over body exercise! would highly recommend it to anyone.
