Worst phone etiquette. I'm not a difficult person, but when you answer "we close after our last appointment " and don't give me an actual time to be helpful, you are being evasive and not direct or helpful. Will avoid on any future visits to KC.

Called to see if they had a slot for a trim this evening and the lady on the other end of the phone scoffed at me, said they they were booked and then asked me if I had ever been there before. No ma’am and I don’t think I’ll give it a shot, either.I try to shop local when I can but I was able to get in with Beauty Brands and within 5 mins of online booking, they called to confirm that I would be there.

Have been going here for 4 years now and has always been a great experience for me. Michael and Marlene are very talented and professional. You get great value for your money.
